Downloads for venue use.

Not all venues will request these documents but many will require them and we suggest forwarding them to the venue.

Please note that the files expire at the end of June each year. We always try to get these renewed at our earliest convenience. Once renewed the file below will be updated. The Risk assessment is also conducted and updated in June.

The PAT test/ Public Liability & Risk assessment documents can be downloaded for your venue’s records.


If you are unable to download or your booking is in July/August you can forward the link to your venue for download.
