Important Travel Information

We aim for complete transparency regarding all charges.

Congestion Charges: Any mandatory fees, such as ULEZ, LEZ, or Congestion Charges (e.g., in London or Birmingham), will be added to your final invoice at cost. We will inform you of these charges at the time of your booking quote.

Privacy-Protected Base: Our 45-mile radius is calculated from our Central West Midlands Hub in the WS9 postcode area. For your security and ours, we do not disclose our specific operating address, but you can rely on the accuracy of the quote generated by your venue postcode.

Are you fully insured?

Yes. We hold full Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and all of our equipment is PAT tested for safety. To make your planning as stress-free as possible, we automatically email these documents to you 8 weeks before your event, so you can easily forward them to your venue’s coordinator.

When will you arrive to set up?

We believe in being prepared. Your Booth Butler will typically arrive between 60 to 75 minutes before your hire period begins to ensure everything is perfectly calibrated and ready for your first guest. This setup time is included in our service and is never deducted from your actual hire hours.

How do I secure my date?

Securing your booth is simple and entirely digital. Once you have received your quote via our booking tool, you can reserve your date with a £50 booking fee. The remaining balance is then due 28 days before your event. Everything is handled through our secure online portal for your peace of mind.
